The Thai Society of Vascular and Interventional Radiology (TSVIR) cordially invites abstract submissions for the TSVIR 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting, which will be held on October 9–11, 2025. Researchers, clinicians, fellows, and residents are encouraged to submit their original work for consideration as oral or poster presentations.

2. Categories of Submission

• Vascular Interventions
• Non-vascular Interventions

3. Presentation Types October 9, 2025: 13:00-16:00

• Oral Presentation – 8 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q&A
• Poster Presentation – electronic poster display with scheduled discussion sessions

4. Abstract Format

• Language: English only
• Word limit: 250–300 words
• Structure: Purpose, Methods, Results, Conclusion
• Title: Concise, without abbreviations

5. Submission Process

• All abstracts must be submitted electronically via the official TSVIR 2025 submission portal (Google Form link).
• Each author may submit multiple abstracts.

6. Conflict of Interest and Ethical Considerations

• Authors must disclose any relevant conflict of interest at the time of submission.
• All studies involving human or animal subjects must include a statement confirming ethical approval in accordance with institutional and national guidelines.

7. Acceptance and Publication

• All accepted abstracts will be scheduled for oral or poster presentation.
• Notification of acceptance (including presentation type and schedule) will be sent to the corresponding author by September 22, 2025.

8. Awards

• Outstanding abstracts may be considered for Best Oral Presentation
• Selection will be based on scientific merit, clarity, and originality.
